12 on Kiewiet is a non-graded establishment, which prides itself on family values and the warm South African hospitality we are known the world over for. If you require anything extra to make your stay more enjoyable, we will try and accommodate you as far as possible. Laundry services are available upon request, but there is a laundromat within walking distance. Shops like Spar, a fishery and an autoteller is also within walking distance, but Zevenwacht Mall is about 7 minute’s drive away, with all the major chain stores and banks represented.

Owned and run by Howard van der Westhuizen and his wife Christa, 12 on Kiewiet aims to be a “home away from home”, where you, our valued guest, can relax after a day at the office, or return to unwind after a day at the beach, the wine route or your specific leisure activity.

Excellent books on Cape Town and surrounds are available in the accommodation, but if you want more information, or an “insiders” view of Cape Town or simply need directions, you are welcome to talk to Howard – he will gladly assist in helping you make the most of your stay.
